Stat. tit. 12 § 591 or Oklahoma common law.

Attorney Fees: Should any party commence legal action to interpret or enforce the terms of this agreement, the prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs, including those incurred at the trial and appellate levels and in any bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency or other similar proceedings.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, including those currently in effect.  This Agreement can only be amended, modified or terminated in writing by both of the parties hereto.
